Adega Vinho Winery Drink more Texas Wine, y'all! Adega Vinho is a family-owned winery in Stonewall, TX.

We are a family owned winery and vineyard in the Texas Hill Country focused on producing small batch, 100% Texas-grown wines!

- Adega Vinho, where Family and Friends choose to enjoy the Day. Rooted in thoughtful
farming practices and traditional winemaking, the Bilger Family produces 100%
Texas wine with a tip of their hat to the Portuguese style of wines. Visitors
can enjoy tastings in a mid-century modern-inspired space, savor wood-fired cuisine
from the on-site food truck, and experience the warmth of a community built around
exceptional Texas wine.
