Our water filtration solution uses a process called “Foam Fractionation” which has been used to remove contaminants in public aquariums for many years.
The process involves pumping contaminated water into a tank and injecting compressed air to create small bubbles. As the bubbles rise, they attract and move the contaminants to the top of the tank. When the bubbles collapse, the contaminants drain out to the collection tank
We have modified and customized the foam fractionation process so it can be used in industry to remove organic and inorganic by-product contaminants. For example, wastewater produced from the farming, mining, medical and the paper industries can run-off into waterways and/or are contained in holding ponds.
Building a wastewater treatment plant can be a viable solution for remediating the contaminants; however, it is expensive to build and maintain. Our solution fills a gap where a treatment plant is not always possible due to property and other restrictions.
Our filtration solution is portable, cost effective, scalable to any size, does not use chemicals or additives, can be designed for specific industries and markets to remove contaminants and water pollutants which cost industry millions in tax penalties, fines and harms our global waters and ecosystems.
