New and notable this week is Folk Machine’s Parts and Labor! Folk Machine is one of Kenny Likitprakong’s many projects under his Hobo Wine umbrella, focusing on small-production, esoteric wines. Parts and Labor is an old vine red blend, celebrating an older era of California winemaking while still staying approachable and easy-drinking! A Cali spin on a Rhône classic, it’s a perfect bistro wine that goes with anything and everything! 🍷

We love this cocktail as a way to enjoy our favorites reds year-round — the lemon soda makes it so much more refreshing in this sticky weather!
