🐄 Organic, grass-fed cows milk, HAND churned, a 3-day process without machinery using techniques dating back centuries.

🥖 Pair with a crunchy baguette, cornichon, sliced ham.

🍋🌶️ We have 5 flavors to choose from: salted, raspberry, black truffle, lemon olive oil, pepper

🐑 Pecorino Sardo Maturo from Argiolas Formaggi in Sardinia 🇮🇹

Aged 4 months = firm but still creamy. Salty, nutty, with this wild caramel finish

The Argiolas family has been doing this since 1955. Fourth generation. They know what they’re doing.
