Teun 505 Sport AAA is a Bartele 472 son out of a Ster Preferent Rindert 406 dam. He descends from the famous Namke line of Pedigree 50 with the triple Preferent Setske F (Feitse 293) as his great-grand-dam. Setske F is also the dam of Preferent Beart 411. His grand-dam, a Model Sport Double Preferent Prestatie mare, is by Fabe 348.
Teun 505 is a stallion who may well have been ahead of his time. His luxurious appearance, combined with light-footed and athletic movement, quickly placed him at the top of breeders lists during his initial breeding seasons in the Netherlands.
