Going to be testing this out for the first time!! Ok…the menu:

Smoked Seafood Etouffee
Bacon Grease Corn on the cob

Etouffee with smoked scallops. Shrimp and andouille sausage in a traditional Etouffee sauce. With Jasmine rice and a side of Grill fired corn on the cob finished in bacon grease!

PBR and Wisconsin Cranberry wine available!

This has been an idea of mine for many years. I’d like to create an “underground collective” of “pirate cooks”. Basically a group of good cooks who will host n’ post a kinda open ended offer of food and atmosphere! No set prices! Just a free will donation! Pay what you think the meal was worth!! Leave reviews! So basically me and whatever of my friends jump on can lord it over each other! I think this would be a fun alternative to “date night” or just the regular night out at Red Lobster. Here you can communicate with your chef before! See what is in their menu for the day you want to go! And the Pirate Chef prepares and serves the meal in his/her home! lol I know a ton of awesome home cooks and have been told under no uncertain terms that this is a terrible idea! Lol…welp…I’m not convinced! Post here a day and time you want dinner and hopefully a Kitchen Pirate will post a menu!! Let’s see what happens!!!!
