We’re heading to the National Restaurant Association Show 2026!

From May 16–19, our Foodservice team will be at McCormick Place in Chicago connecting with operators, chefs, and industry partners from across the country and we’re bringing plenty of flavor with us.

Stop by our booth to see Chef Evan in action, creating fresh, chef-crafted samples that showcase the versatility and quality of our cheeses.

We’re also proud to share that our Shredded 3 Chile Pepper Gouda has been recognized with a FABI Award (Food and Beverage Innovation). This recognition highlights products that are truly moving the industry forward and we’re honored to be among them.

At Emmi Roth, caring for our communities is part of who we are.

Throughout October, teammates across our locations rolled up their sleeves for our annual food donation drive - showing up with full hearts (and full grocery bags!) to support families in need. Together, we collected an incredible 1,321 pounds of food, helping provide hundreds of meals for our neighbors.

Our donations were delivered to local partners including Second Harvest and Community 2000.

We are proud to celebrate our Swiss heritage in the cheese tent at Green County Cheese Days! Since 2004, we've donated 100% of our profits from cheese sales to local charities.

This year, we are pleased to support TUGS: Talking, Understanding, Growing, Supporting, an organization in Monroe, Wisconsin, that addresses the stigma surrounding mental health challenges and su***de; and Paul's Party, a non-profit that provides fun for kids with physical disabilities throughout Wisconsin.
