Happy to share we have local grown and made Beef tallow on the stand. Great for cooking along with many other uses! Sunnyside farms of Chatham Nh made some for us the other day! It is shelf stable but located in our fridge the sun can be harsh in the afternoon! Keep us in mind this weekend! We will have fresh corn and other goodies.
