First batch of microgreens started. Left to right the first two trays are arugula, then spinach, and the fourth is a half tray of Sweet Ann peas. Why? Because we can, they are delicious, and I need to practice to get my efficiency back up. These things can feed my family a TON of nutrients and we can SELL our surplus!!! Roughly 14 days from seed to harvest and they aren’t super labor intesive.
