After consulting with our beer tasters, changing the name of the new beer (a British Bitter with bitters from Old Town Spice Shop and Fort Collins distilling) from ole man forester to Bitter Sweet. The bitters give it a nice fruit/citrus sweetness. May just trim the bitters vol a bit and this could be one we change up bitters to give you different flavors in the beer. 🍻👍🏻

Busy this month… three beers ready for AHA finals and the Bitter Bitter (Ole Man Forester) is ready for tastings and doing the Lulo Kolsch (Cool Breeze) before my next work trip. The Bitter Bitter turned out nice and it’s not bitter people. I describe it as an amber ale you regularly get made with British grains, hops, and yeast, it might be on the session side of ABV as well. And my partner and I looked at properties and I am meeting with a town manager to see other potential properties. Whew

Trying something different for us, this is a Bitter but wanted a bit different taste and I've been enjoying Old Fashioned cocktails and wondered what would it be like if I put bitter in a Bitter? This is called Ole Forester (or something like that 🤣) and the bitters come from our friends Old Town Spice Shop and NoCo Distillary.. Should be ready in about two-three weeks, cheers 🍻

Cool Beeze Kolsch (5.1%) ~ Another gem from Weary Traveler Brewing. Pleasant aroma and nice, golden color. Crisp, clean, easy-drinking and crushable. Cheers!
