The Little Tree Farmers were hard at work on the farm this week. Pop helped a bit too. 😊

It was a big weekend for Pastor Doug and Karen as Doug wrapped up his time as the lead Pastor and Karen concluded her roles in music, ladies, and childrens ministry. Doug and Karen led Leesville Faith Community Chapel for 17 years. Doug and Karen have meant (and still mean) a great deal to many and have always been there to guide, pray for, share with, and lead their congregation, family and friends. Please join us in wishing CONGRATS to Doug and Karen as they move on to their next chapter. They will continue to serve God, serve others, and of course - plant Christmas Trees.

Congrats and thank you, dad/Pop and mom/Gumma,
Kellen, Arielle, Adam, Kate, Isaac, Simon, Margaret and Layla 🐾

Last week we had the pleasure of hosting our first homeschool field trip! We welcomed several families from Deeply Rooted Homeschool Group! They learned about how trees grow, the different types of trees, and how they help the environment. We also walked them through the fields to see trees at different stages, met the farm animals, and showed them how we get our trees ready to go "home" for Christmas! After a snack and a craft, they enjoyed a reading of "The Farm Opens Tomorrow" by our very own author, Karen! Such a fun day! Thanks to this amazing group for trusting us to be part of your learning this year! ❤️
