Well, we made it to the end of another produce season!
Of course, reaching the finishing line on produce doesn't mean life comes to a stand still.
Here is a quick note about each of us who were on the LRF team this summer:
🔵 Alyssa (me). I am in my last year of high school. I enjoy music, reading, and writing, so hopefully I can dabble in all those categories this winter.
⚫David. His heart is in the produce patch. However, he has numerous hobbies, which he pursues in the off months. He does chicken chores and enjoys doing workouts during the winter and running in the spring.
🔵 Aaron. He is the twin growing the enormous Atlantic Giant pumpkin. He gave it lots of TLC and now has a giant on his hands -- an approx. 1,100 pounder! During the winter, Aaron is hoping to be involved in raising calves.
⚫ Eric. The other twin, he is the most meticulous child in the family. He loves working with mechanical watches at our new family business -- Wisconsin Clock Company in Stratford. He is also an artist, spending hours to create stunning artwork.
🔵 Violet. She loves children. Next to school, she spends the next largest percentage of her day with the littles.
⚫ Michael. He is over the moon about attending school for his first year. Before we know it, he'll be reading and adding numbers.
🔵 Sara and John: They are the little munchkins. Sara loves cuddling with Mom and petting and feeding our kitty. John is an independent little man, who loves gator and skidsteer rides, and really anything outside.

Thank you for supporting our stand. We are deeply grateful for every customer who made the trip out to our farm!
See you next year!
