During Farm Tech Days our family got the opportunity to join Chris and the Meyer team for a ride with his team of 10 horses. Jenni was along and captured the amazing work behind what it takes to run the team. It was an amazing thing to be apart of and we thank the Meyer family for letting us join and attending Farm Tech Days.

Show day is finally here!! It’s going to be a hot one. Stay safe and look forward to having everyone.

Today is the day!
The gates open in just three hours at Wisconsin Farm Technology Days!

This week’s forecast looks great overall, with plenty of sunshine expected throughout the event. There is a chance of high heat index conditions today throughout show hours, so please plan ahead and make your health a priority while enjoying everything the show has to offer.

Here’s how to beat the heat:
💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day
🧢 Wear lightweight clothing, sunscreen, and a hat
🌳 Take breaks in shaded or air-conditioned areas whenever possible
☀️ Limit prolonged time in direct sunlight

Please keep an eye on family members, friends, and fellow attendees—especially older adults, young children, and anyone with underlying health conditions.

⚠️ If someone shows signs of heat illness, move them to a cool, shaded location immediately. Heat stroke is a medical emergency—call 911 right away or seek out help in the First-Aid Building.

We can’t wait to see everyone at Redetzke’s No Joke Dairy for three incredible days of innovation, agriculture, demonstrations, great food, and family fun.

Sometimes certain things hit you that make it seem real.
Even though we have been a part of the planning for almost 3 years and now daily as tent city is being put together unloading the pallets of programs was one of those moments!
Everyone on the committees hard work putting this plan together is in print for everyone walking thru the gates!!

Wisconsin farm tech 2026

Looking off the deck tonight seeing tents going up for the show is exciting! Being on the inner workings of this event brings a whole new perspective of the event and appreciation of the committees that put it together . Today we whitewashed the barn that was built in 1911 that we are now 5th generation owners of and at the start of milking tonight we questioned ourselves when the last time that a host farm of this event had whiteswashed there milking barn? While this show has had multiple different venues of land over the years we are proud to be able to host at a farm that 15 years ago our parents sold the cows and there was no milking here for 4 years until our 5th generation hearts led us back to the farm. There is a million ways to farm but we are seriously honored to be able to show how we farm and thank all of staff,committees, volunteers and exhibitors coming . Watching the both map fill up has been a daily drive of something to look forward too.We look forward to seeing everyone July 14th-16th!!

This means we will help to support your local non-profit. All volunteer hours must be scheduled to qualify. We will credit $12 per volunteer hour and write a check after the event to the non-profit organization of your choice.

We had a great weekend kicking off June dairy month by attending events at Marshfield Dairyfest. Few of us woke up early Friday to attend the dairy breakfast and then we all walked in the parade Saturday with our Wisconsin Farm Technology Days float. Thank you to all our family and friends for joining us!!
