On our humble, rocky hillside in the small town of Stratford, NH, we are raising free range, organically fed chickens, who lay some of the best eggs you'll ever eat! We also produce baked goods, (pies, fudge, etc.), jams, jellies, spreads and more from the abundance of our gardens and wild berries, supplemented with other local farm products and organic ingredients. Seasonally we craft and sell wr

eaths and excess garden produce, as well. Our goal is to provide the North Country and beyond with high quality food and farm products.

After operating The Haley Homestead for 5 years, (plus a couple more before that under a different business name), the time has come for it to end. I have taken on a full time position, so we will be finishing up baking at the end of this month. Thank you to all of our amazing customers who supported us over the years, which allowed us to raise our children at home while doing this side hustle! And a huge thanks to North Country Marketplace for selling our products!! I hope that our cookies, pies, fudge, other baked goods, eggs, flowers, potted trees and holiday wreaths brought joy to all that purchased them. It was fun making them all from our little humble homestead. We prided ourselves on using local ingredients, many organic and non-GMO as well, to support our local community and health. It is bittersweet to discontinue, but the business served it's purpose and ran it's course. We are toying with the idea of potentially offering special orders in the future, but trying not to take on too much at this point. We'll let you know if we go that route. Much love to all!

We regularly stock our cookies 🍪 and old fashioned peanut butter fudge 🥜 at North Country Marketplace! Today we have molasses cookies available. Our other flavors that get rotated are cranberry white chocolate chip (up next), coconut oatmeal and chocolate chip, plus other specials around holidays. We always use local eggs and lots of organic and non-GMO ingredients in our recipes. The fudge recipe was my great grandmothers', and she always brought some to holiday gatherings!🥰

If there is another flavor of cookie our patrons would be interested in, we'd be happy to consider adding another to the rotation! Comment below with ideas!😁 (Special orders of a dozen or more are also available upon request.)
