I'm writing because I'm being CONSTANTLY harassed by the USDA. I have an approved facility from the USDA since September 2019. I've had to go as far as start recording video/audio and phone calls about 6 months ago or earlier. Once I saw red flags happening, I foresaw what was about to happen. I have inspectors lying on camera. I have them falsifying government documents, MANY emails where it shows them fabricating rules to stop production instantly. I have written records with exact time stamps on daily logs I must to by regulations. In these emails I have them admitting there's no such rules and taking 3-4 days to collaborate amongst themselves and cite other regulations that are not even close to the original citing for automatic stoppage of production. I have retaliation happening as of yesterday morning as I woke to a suspension notice in my email after I had filed 4 Formal Complaints with the proper USDA channels as described in the USDA regulations to include Bribery, Retaliation, Collusion, enslavement, extortion, and multiple threats. The problem with that is the Formal Complaints are decided by the same officials that granted the suspension! I've tried on multiple occasions to pursue the correct USDA channels as described in regulations and set meetings with the Internal Affairs department with the USDA to present all this evidence. As I was sent back to the original persons that "handle and decide investigations", being the officials that granted suspension! There is absolutely no system of checks and balances. On top of that, my inspector for the past 3 weeks of production has been harping on me about working overtime, which I don't do, because "that's a bonus for us inspectors". Mainly due to the $150/hr charge from the USDA for overtime hours. Meaning these bigger jerky plants that work over the regulated 40 hour work weeks, PAY the USDA to operate. "Minimum 2 inspectors at $75/hr." As I'm told. Never has there been a reasoning for 2 inspectors at my 1 man operating facility in 3 years. I just need help. Now I'm working illegally to feed myself. You'd think I was an organized crime syndicate. I'll never stop fighting these corrupt officials in the USDA. Since the new fiscal year the Internal Affairs department of the USDA has taken the officials away from the department handling my case and have put in the place,, one of these corrupt officials that has started this corrupt process. The USDA is 100% against small businesses. I also have allegations of the USDA mass emailing each other stating "we will all vote on a majority basis" PRIOR TO THE NOVEMBER ELECTION💯 Check New Mexico's USDA emails if you don't believe me! They have fabricated regulations which are no where to be found, and I have all this in audio/video, emails, texts, etc. The names of corrupt officials are Tina Haven (Bribery, Collusion, Falsifying Government Documents, Fraud), Samuel Dragoi (Collusion, Retaliation, Falsifying Government Documents, Fraud), Scott Safian (Collusion, Falsifying Government Documents, Fraud) Jennifer McKean (Falsifying Government Documents, Collusion, Fraud), Stephanie Meyers (Collusion, Falsifying Government Documents, Fraud), Dorsett Dunn (Collusion with State Inspectors, Fraud, Falsifying Government Documents).
