ers," I decided to do something about it. It has been such a journey to go from where I was that October until today. I've realized that this community doesn't have to give up things that make life a little sweeter just because we have a disease. Better yet, I realized that gluten free beer doesn't have to elicit scowls from both Celiac sufferers and their non-afflicted friends alike. Gluten free beer can just be beer... that just happens to be gluten free as a happy side effect. Church Owl Beer has no gluten-- it is made lovingly by the hands of a person who can't even have wheat in her makeup (hello, hives!) but it is packed with glorious flavor.
