Pre-picked organic premium strawberries available 8am-8pm starting on Saturday, June 6th from our farm stand 🙌🏻🍓 $12/quart

We will open for PYO next Tuesday, hours and details on our website! 🍓🍓🍓

10 families can pick their own this Saturday as a fundraiser for .nh 🤩 Here’s how: DM me that you are interested and if I reply that you’re one of the first 10, send me a screenshot of a minimum $100 donation to Gather, then I’ll send you picking details via email. Picking will be on Saturday at 8:30am ONLY. You must be able to arrive at 8:30 to participate. I will edit this post and post in stories that the slots are full, first come, first serve! Families can pick up to 5 quarts at no additional cost, at least $50 worth of berries.

Gather is offering free gardening classes throughout the summer at the YMCA of the Seacoast in Portsmouth - no sign up required, just drop in!

June’s classes focus on seedling maintenance and techniques that help you maximize your harvest all season long, in addition to pollinator and flower garden tips! Check out topics and times below:

Seedling Maintenance & Succession Planting 🌱
June 2 - 8am to 10am
June 4 - 4pm to 6pm

Pollinator and Flower Gardens 🌼
June 16 - 8am to 10am
June 18 - 4pm to 6pm

Wondering what to bring? Gather will provide all the materials needed for the class, including garden gloves.
What should you wear? We suggest that closed-toed shoes and gardening attire be worn (i.e., clothing you are willing to get dirty).

Every year there’s one first ripe berry and boy was it delicious! I was hoping they’re be ready to rock this weekend but there aren’t enough ripe berries just yet. I’d guess late next week for an opening date but we will keep you posted!!

Kyle gave the Hampton American Legion Memorial Day speech today and he had me in tears even though I’d already heard it.

Today is about honoring those who sacrificed their lives so that we could lives ours as freely as we do. So while you’re firing up the grill, consider the lives that have been lost to afford you the ability to make a BBQ no matter your gender, age, or ethnicity.

This country has a lot of progress still to make but we are very lucky to live here 🇺🇸

We’re hiring seasonal strawberry pickers for our organic berry farm🍓🍓 This is outdoor, physically active work during the strawberry harvest season, mostly the month of June. More info here: https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=7ebc9f4042daf457

Responsibilities:
Pick ripe strawberries and sort them as directed
Arrive on time and ready to work
Stay focused and work efficiently throughout the shift
Follow farm food-safety and quality standards

Ability to work outdoors for 6+ hours in varying weather conditions, including sun, heat, humidity, light rain, and cooler temperatures
Ability to identify ripe, underripe, and damaged berries
Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, crouching, or sitting low to the ground for extended periods
Ability to regularly lift and carry filled berry containers
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance preferred

Compensation includes both hourly pay and piece-rate earnings. Employees are guaranteed at least applicable minimum wage, with opportunities to earn more based on productivity. Many of our top pickers earned over $20/hour during peak harvest days last season.

Season & Schedule
The strawberry season depends heavily on weather and crop conditions. Work is expected to begin around late May or early June and continue through approximately the Fourth of July. Scheduling and available hours may vary depending on berry ripeness, weather, and harvest volume.

🍓WE’RE NOW CERTIFIED ORGANIC🍓💃🏼🎉

Hot news: our strawberries AND raspberries are now MOFGA certified organic! We have never sprayed our berries and have used organic growing methods all along but now it’s official 🤩

Conventionally grown strawberries are covered in sprays that you ingest because you eat the skin of the fruit. Our strawberries have NOTHING on them expect the sunshine, rain, and honeybees.

Pick Your Own and pre-picked will be available as soon as we have enough ripe berries to open, probably the start of June but we will announce it! 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓
