📢 ORDER INQUIRY POLICY REMINDER 📢

This is a reminder of a business policy that has been posted several times before.

I am happy to answer questions, explain menu items, customize orders, and calculate pricing. However, all of these things take time.

Each customer will be given 3 opportunities to inquire about an order without placing one. After the 3rd occurrence, your order will no longer be prioritized and I may choose not to accept future orders from you.

This also applies to customers who repeatedly ask for pricing and then ignore my response. If I take the time to calculate your order total and send you pricing, I expect a response—even if that response is simply “No thank you” or “Maybe another time.”

By ignoring messages, not opening messages, or not responding after receiving pricing on multiple occasions, you are taking time away from customers who are actively ordering.

If this occurs more than once and reaches the 3-time limit, you may be removed from my order list and may no longer be able to place orders with Jas Mataz Treats due to repeated non-responses and failure to follow through after requesting pricing.

This policy applies to everyone and is not directed at any specific person. Thank you for respecting my time, my business, and the customers who are ready to place orders. 💜
