Our little Miracle ✨️🩵

Tuesday I woke up to find Molly hard at work calving, but as time went on there just wasn't any progress. After keeping a close eye on her, I decided it was time to step in. A quick call to our wonderful neighbor to help with the kids, and we got Molly into the barn. Once I took a closer look and saw just how BIG those front feet were, I knew it was time to call Kevin home for backup.

We're happy to report that both mom and baby boy are doing well! Since this is Molly's first calf, we've been keeping a close eye on them throughout the week to make sure they both continue to thrive.

Times like this remind us how thankful we are for a community that's always willing to lend a hand. Grateful Kevin wasn't too far away and even more grateful for neighbors who are only a phone call away.

And just like that, our calving season is complete. ❤️

🌸 Happy Friday! 🌸

Can you smell this photo? 💕 The peonies are in full bloom and filling the yard with the sweetest scent.

Life has been a little busy here at the Ranch lately! Our last heifer officially calved, and both mom and baby have needed a little extra attention. Thankfully, they're doing well, and we've enjoyed spending some extra time with them.

We're also looking forward to all things strawberry season! 🍓 Fresh berries, summer baking, and some fun new treats are just around the corner.

For now, we're soaking up the beauty of these blooms and enjoying the slower moments in between chores.

Bring on summer vacation! ☀️

We've been soaking up some beautiful sunrises this weekend while checking calves and feeding pigs.

We're still waiting on our final heifer to have her first calf—she's keeping us guessing, but it should be any day now!
