We want to come out of “retirement” and congratulate Jocelyn Kuzelka, our winemaker, for winning a Gold Medal in the Virginia Governor’s Cup with the 2021 Daring Wine Barbera. We harvested our Barbera in the fall of 2021 and she processed the grapes and made the wine at our place as she started her new venture. We could not be more proud of her and we are so honored to have played a role in winning a Gold Medal. Congratulations Jocelyn, we love ya!

You have 2 weeks left to buy our Barbera and/or Chambourcin, which is all we have left. On June 30, our winery permit will expire and we will officially be closed. We have 22 cases of Barbera ($13.50 per bottle) and 8 cases of Chambourcin ($9 per bottle) left. After June 30, we can no longer sell any of that wine, so get it during your last chances! We have had a great run as a vineyard and winery! So many memories on this land and with our friends, both old and new. Thank you all for your support over the years. We wish we could have included all of you in this video, but it was a fun trip down memory lane for us. We hope to see you all this Saturday, April 19th, for our last opening. Thanks to Hubbard 1 Productions for doing the time lapse in the vineyard and then taking our photos and weaving them in for this.

Our last day in the tasting room will be April 19 from Noon-4pm. Get 50% off Chambourcin, Big A Red, and Barbera, and 30% off Cabernet Franc Reserve. We also have a couple of cases of Last Call still available. We will have some Daring Wine and Cider and will also offer charcuterie trays and Sangria. Reserve your charcuterie by Thursday, April 17. It's going to be weird for us, so stop in and say hello, let us give you a hug and thank you for your support over the years. As a winery, but especially as a family, we couldn't have made it without you all.

We want to congratulate Jocelyn Kuzelka and Megan Hereford on winning Cider of the Year at the Virginia Governor’s Cup competition. We are incredibly proud of them and happy that Jocelyn was our winemaker over the years. It’s great to see her getting the recognition she deserves. If you haven’t tried their wine or ciders, you’re missing out. They won a gold medal for this cider and their white wine blend called Ann’s Cuvée.

Come out this Sunday, March 9 from Noon to 4:00pm and spend the afternoon with us. We will only be open this Sunday, then March 29, and then April 19, so make sure to make your plans and come see us. We still have Chambourcin, Big A Red, Cabernet Franc Reserve, Barbera, and Last Call but the inventory is getting lower. Reserve your charcuterie trays by Friday afternoon.

We will be open this Sunday, February 23 from Noon to 4:00pm. The crush pad will be nice and warm and we have a big sale going on now. Cabernet Franc Reserve is 30% off while Chambourcin, Big A Red, Barbera, and Poorhouse are all 50% off. We will only be open 3 more times after this Sunday, so you'd better get your wines while we have them available! Reserve your charcuterie boards by Friday evening.

Join us for our final Wine and Chocolate Pairing on February 8th & 9th. We will be pairing wines with different chocolates from Nancy's Candy in Meadows of Dan. The cost will be $25 per person. The Bustique will be setup on Sunday for additional Valentine's shopping. Reservations will be required and should be made by Noon on Wednesday, February 5th. Join us for our very last Black Friday and Small Business Saturday. We will be open from Noon to 4:00pm both days and will be offering 30% off all wines (excluding Cider and Last Call). Get your favorites before we sell out. On Saturday, The Bustique will be here with their thrift/antique/apparel/gift bus for additional shopping.
