"Little Redhead W**e Tastings was born out of my passion for good w**e and vibrant living. Over the years, working as a senior paralegal case specialist for a major law firm has given me a true appreciation for the art of detailed preparation. So my enthusiasm for great w**e and w**e-making could fittingly be viewed as a natural progression. In the last few years I have become a member of the Grape Savvy W**eclub, Cellarmasters W**e Makers Club, Learn About W**e, W**eLA and am a professional member of the Society of W**e Educators. In 2013 I received my JWE from Learn About W**e and am presently studying with the Society of W**e Educators and pursuing my CSW (Certified Specialist of W**e). Only 6,000 individuals have achieved that honor and I hope to be one of them soon. Now, I'm enjoying sharing my experience and knowledge with w**e lovers near and far! Over the past few years I have poured at VIP w**e tasting affairs, hosted w**e events, performed blind tastings, and led many groups on curated w**e tasting events. MEET ONE OF YOUR HOSTS AND THE CURATOR for the Boutique Vintners Tasting LINDY WILLINGHAM, aka the Little Redhead, owner of Little Redhead W**e Tastings and w**emaker and owner of **es Lindy has been in the w**e business for almost 15 years, hosting many fun themed charity w**e events in her event space in Woodland Hills, and at several well known restaurants. She prides herself in featuring hard to get w**es and supporting the boutique local w**emakers, some with no tasting rooms and small lot w**es. She also takes her followers on w**e trips around the world and finds many of the w**eries who become the w**e hosts on AMA Waterways River Cruises, just getting back from Europe with Barbieri And Kempe W**es who will be one of the w**eries pouring at this event. Other featured w**eries will be Lucas & Lewellen Vineyards Carr Vineyards and W**ery and Adorato W**es.
The event takes place on October 10, 2026 from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Beautifully redone Wood and Water Restaurant and Bar in Sherman Oaks, CA on Ventura Blvd, between Woodman and Coldwater. Valet and metered parking are available.
Non-Refundable $50 Presale ticket gets you a discount and a raffle ticket for a $100 restaurant gift card. Tickets at the door are $65 and no raffle ticket.
Appetizers will be passed throughout the event. HH starts at 4:00 and if you would like to stay for dinner, reservations start at 5:00. The 4th amazing w**emaker who will be pouring her w**es at the Little Redhead W**e Tastings Boutique Vintners Tasting at Wood and Water Restaurant on October 10 is Kristin Fione of Adorato W**es (“Beloved” in Italian)
Kristin is a w**e lover who turned her passion into w**e making with the help of Patrick Kelley, owner and w**emaker at Cavaletti Vineyards in Moorpark CA.� Kristin grew up outside of Philadelphia, PA and was a film major at Penn State, working in sales until moving to L.A. where she worked in the entertainment industry for 10 years. Once in Cali, Kristin discovered a love of w**e, and the community it brings together, first on Instagram, then in real life. She continued her w**e and Somm education by completing the DIPWSET and becoming a French and Spanish W**e Scholar. �She currently works as a Project Manager and is pursing a Master’s Degree at Cal Poly. On weekends you can find her pouring at the Cavaletti tasting room and making w**e.
She was inspired by her grandparents, Daniel and Flora Fione.‍ Her grandfather Danny met her grandmother Flora while traveling through Luxembourg with the 4th Armored Division during WWII. He was stationed in Czechoslovakia, she was working with the Red Cross in Luxembourg. ‍He would routinely request the supply route so he could see her. He would go AWOL (Absent Without Leave) and spend a few days with her. Upon returning he blamed his tardiness on an incorrect map.The last time he saw her, he promised he would come back for her after the war was over. He did. And they were married on July 4th 1945. Her label depicts their wedding photo.
