Meet Your Local Towne Witch 🖤
Hi, I’m Cassandra — the witch behind The Towne Witch.
I live in New England, just outside of Salem, Massachusetts, and I’ve been running my witchcraft Etsy shop for the past ten years. Like any good witch’s collection, my shop has changed and evolved over the years. I’m always curating and creating new things for the modern witch while keeping a little bit of old-world magic at the heart of everything I do.
Over the years, I’ve offered everything from witchcraft kits and tarot and oracle decks to witchy home décor, jewelry, crystals, and more. Right now, I’m especially focused on tarot and oracle decks and witch bells — things that bring a little magic, protection, and personality into everyday life.
I also sell wholesale through Faire, where I get to indulge another love of mine: books! That side of my business has more of a Blind Date with a Book feel, with cozy, mysterious reads and little bookish surprises.
As for the witch behind the shop — I’m 41, and my heart belongs to all things Victorian Gothic, witchy, paranormal, ghostly, macabre, and just a little strange. Give me an old New England house, a ghost story, a horror movie, a gloomy autumn afternoon, or something that looks like it might be haunted, and I’m happy.
When I’m not working on the shop, I love gardening, bird watching, reading, and spending time with my horses. For the past ten years, I’ve also rescued and cared for retired work horses, which has become a very special part of my life.
The Towne Witch is a little collection of all the things I love — New England, old-world charm, books, nature, animals, and, of course, a healthy dose of witchcraft.
