Roll Lassie Roll!!

Left the snow and headed to Shawnee Oklahoma to join some of the best in BBQfor the kick off of Spring BBQ Tour 2021. Stopped in Oshkosh on the way out of town to feed the crews at ED Chase Roofing during their training week. Looking forward to closing some lids on some BBQ boxes this weekend! Good luck to all competing!
