Venison Fajitas from our Montana Mule Deer last fall. Marinaded with our taco seasoning, fresh squeezed lime and olive oil. Topped with sautéed veggies and Renard's Cheese Chili Lime Cheddar Cheese.

We came back with a decent amount of sockeye salmon from Alaska so we wanted to try out some different ways to prepare salmon, that we haven’t done before. We bought the Alaska from Scratch/Maya Wilson cookbook a few years ago and decided to try the Ginger Peanut Salmon Noodle Bowls. This was a hit and I love how versatile this recipe is. We didn’t follow it exactly as we didn’t have all the ingredients at home, but we substituted what we could find.
