Clario Farmstead Pasta has been in business since 2007 and is proud to produce some of the finest hand made artisanal pasta available today. We use only organic flours, fresh produce and local, free-range eggs. We never use powdered vegetables, dies or preservatives and continually strive to produce the most beautiful, highest quality and best tasting food for your family.

Clario friends we have sad and happy news! We have made the sad decision to close our retail shop on third avenue in Sturgeon Bay. It simply was not a feasible year-round venture for us. The happy news is that we will be focusing more on wholesale to grocery and restaurants. If you have a favorite place where you shop and dine, please drop the name in the comments. If it feels like a good fit we will check it out! Thank you for supporting our little shop over the past three years. We have had a lot of fun and have been truly blessed to have such a strong and supportive group of core customers to keep us going. Thank you!!!

Squid Ink Pasta is a fan favorite, and you can always trust Mario to keep it real! Lol! It is actually made with Cuttlefish Ink. Cuttlefish are a Mollusk related to Squid, and their ink has a sweeter ocean flavor that is preferred for culinary purposes. Our ink is harvested off the clean waters of Spain and shipped directly to us. If you love seafood, give it a try!
