As many of you may know already; our son, Cody, served in the Air Force for many years.
While in the military he met the love of his life, Samantha Jo and married her. 🥰 At their wedding we were blessed in meeting their own “extended family” of military men and women who are currently still active duty.
About a month ago, Sam & several others got deployed overseas.
Keith & I have been putting together and sending boxes filled with “goodies” from home to make their stay a little less painful from being away from their own loved ones.
This week alone, Keith and I were blessed with 2 different boxes filled with goodies that were donated and we will be sharing, distributing and shipping out.
A HUGE thank you goes to Country View Farms for all the delicious popcorn and also to John & Jules McCormick for the assortment of awesomeness. Keith and I cannot thank you enough! ❤️
We are truly blessed by such great friends that keep the troops in their thoughts and prayers. 🙏🏻

This will be Door County Custom Meats LAST farm market of the season today from 8-12. So please come see us at the market and stop by to stock up for the fall/winter months while supplies last.
Bring your appetite as well because we will be serving our Pineapple Teriyaki brats (our most popular), hamburgers/cheeseburgers, hot dogs and also BBQ pulled pork sandwiches.

Stop down and see Door County Custom Meats in Sturgeon Bay from 8-12 on Saturday, October 3rd, for our LAST market of the season.
Our featured brat will be the Pineapple 🍍 Teriyaki brat. We will also be serving hamburgers/cheeseburgers, 8” hot dogs and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches, along with plenty of made from scratch sweet treats (monster cookies 🍪, scones and zucchini and rhubarb bread) to choose from too.
Also, with over 14 different flavors of brats; we are sure to satisfy anyone’s taste buds!
Don’t forget, this will be our LAST market so stock up (while supplies last) for the winter months.

Plans for the weekend?
Come see Door County Custom Meats at the Sturgeon Bay Farm Market from 8-12 for some delicious, savory meats.
On the menu for Saturday, we will be featuring our traditional Sheboygan flavored brats, juicy hamburgers/cheeseburgers, 8” hot dogs and/or our saucy BBQ pulled pork.
We will also have a variety of sweet baked treats to take home as well.
Just a reminder, WE will only be at the market for 2 more Saturdays (October 3rd will be our last market) so please start stocking up for the fall/winter months while supplies last.

Door County Custom Meats will be at the Sturgeon Bay Farm Market from 8-12 today serving our delicious Italian brat, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs and BBQ pulled pork sandwiches.
Now is the time to start stocking up your freezers for the winter months and we have you covered.

Plans for the extended weekend?
Stop and see Door County Custom Meats Saturday at the Sturgeon Bay Farm market from 8-12.

*ATTENTION CUSTOMERS*
Door County Custom Meats will NOT be attending the Jacksonport Farmer's Market today, August 25.
While outside yesterday, unbeknownst to me; I came across a ground nest of wasps that was VERY active and they did not like that I was intruding on their home. Of course, they fought back 😝
No big deal to me (I’ve never been stung before), until about 15 minutes later, when I realized that the multiple stings that I encountered all over my body sent me to the ER and that I am indeed allergic to bee/wasp stings. 🐝
So we are taking the day off from market so I can get some rest and hopefully more swelling will go down.
On the brighter side of things, you can stop at our place and still purchase our product since we are located just a few miles South of the market.
DC Meats will also be at the Sturgeon Bay Farm Market this Saturday from 8-12, so stop and see us there.
