Starboard Brewing Company is a new nanobrewery located on 3rd. Avenue in historic downtown Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. A nanobrewery is a small brewing operation that is loosely defined as having a brew system that produces less than 4 barrels of beer. We produce in 1 barrel batches. In addition to brewing, our beers are served in our tap room in pints, glasses, and flights. Our concept is to constan

tly bring new beers on tap. Unlike larger breweries, we will not haveflagship beers and a couple seasonals, there will always be a variety of something new and fresh. Of course we anticipate having a few house favorites that may, by request of our patrons, make there way back into the lineup from time to time. This is going to be quite an adventure! Check facebook frequently to see updates on what is on tap, on deck, and brewing. A little bit about who we are...Amanda and Patrick Surfus (and son Preston) are living in Sturgeon Bay, WI and have been long time local residents of Door County. Patrick has been brewing at home for over 8 years. We've always thought a small brewery is something that Sturgeon Bay has needed, and hope you do too! Hope to see you there!

Did you know our Forward Pale Ale is sourced Wisconsinably!!! We get the hops for this classic Pale Ale through the Wisconsin Hop Exchange and use a grain bill that is 100% Briess Malt & Ingredients Co. malted? It's classic bitter Pale Ale with enough Caramel Malt to keep the hops in balance. Stop in and check it out!

I know there were a lot of long faces when we had to put this sign up last weekend…but it’s BACK!!! Also…Preston asked me to ask you to come early and eat a ton of tacos so we sell out early and he can go hang with his cousin who’s up for a couple days. Kids.
