This Black Friday I will be set up cooking pulled pork only at Atmosphere Collectibles for Record Store Day. Should be ready around 7 am. If your in Evansville that morning and want some BBQ come on by. They're located off of Diamond Ave. On Stringtown road.

Sorry everyone for not posting updates before now. We've been busy with work and life events on both of our sides. This is kind of the off season for bbq since its so cold out and we're working out of a tent. Plus been trying to make some changes to side items, hopefully for the better. Also I've got a short trip to Memphis coming up in a couple of weeks and going to do some Rib tasting while there to possibly start make Memphis Dry rub ribs.

We want to announce that the 2nd weekend cook ( 8/6/22) has been canceled due to weather conditions and other unforseen circumstances. But we will be cooking again in the next few weeks.
