I totally forgot to mention that we'll have Freeze-Dried Fruit and a new cookie flavor this week.

Although the fruit isn't from our farm yet this year because it's Michigan, of course, we made some pineapple, bananas, sweet cherries, and grapes for a healthy snack!

Are you ready for a stroll around the park in the most beautiful weather imaginable? We'll be at Oak Lawn Terrace Park from 9am-1pm with early veggies, honey, maple syrup, fresh baked goods, and lots of interesting crafts. The Sturgis Neighborhood Program will also have free trees to give away while supplies last. Can't wait to see you there!

You might say we've been a little busy, and the reason why begins tomorrow! Things are as organized as they are going to be, and we're just figuring out what we can bring to you all. Hope to see you there!

Folks, tomorrow is the big day! Our first lineup is incredible. The vendors noted in purple will have food; early season produce, packaged beef, vegetable seedlings, baked goods, candy, etc. The vendors noted in black have a huge variety of hand crafted gifts; soap, crochet, tumblers, woodworking, henna art, candles, memorial flowers, houseplants, etc.

As always, it's necessary to point out that this is May in Michigan. We will not have warm weather produce until the end of June. We do no allow vendors that buy produce at an auction and resell it to you. We want "grown local" to be a thing, and to connect you with the person that raises the best food for your family.

Daniel and Kathryn are planning to start attending next weekend. I believe he will have eggs available at the market this week, however.

We're so excited to see you tomorrow! (There could be rain in the afternoon, so please consider attending as early as possible. 9am is the start time!)

Last chance for a rooster if you need one. We have two golden wyandottes (year old) and two Ameraucana/Orpington mix (three years old). They are going to a rescue next week.

Fresh baked and ready for labels. Pop-up farm stand tomorrow here on the farm. Everything should be out by 8am.

They dried perfectly. Now, you'll have to let me know if you like the "serving size" bunches or do you want individual, bit sized pieces? I can always do both, of course! 🥰

We're bringing back egg noodles, this year, but we've never tried dehydrating them in cute little groups before. I'll let you know how they turn out!

Did we forget to mention the corn bread? Mini loaves made with freshly ground Einkorn wheat, organic corn, our raw honey, and olive oil will be available at The Sturgis Farmers' Market .

Today was my first time using the mini loaf pan, and I got a little overzealous with filling it. Looks delicious though, right??
