Spring gets all the attention when it comes to planting, but fall is actually a pretty busy time on the herb farm too!

It’s a great time to plant certain perennial herbs, giving them a chance to get their roots established through the cooler months so they’re ready to take off next spring. It’s also a good time to divide and transplant established herbs and fill in some of the spaces that need it.

And before the first frost, we need to make sure to save seeds and take cuttings for propagation from the annual herbs we want to use again next year.

But even with the main growing season starting to wind down, we’re not finished harvesting yet. Hibiscus is just getting going, so we’ll continue picking those beautiful red calyces throughout the fall.

There’s still plenty happening on the farm this time of year — planting, propagating, harvesting and already starting to plan for next year.

And that’s not even counting the bees. 😂🐝💚

Made with REAL dehydrated pumpkin, honeybush, licorice root, and traditional chai spices, this seasonal blend is naturally caffeine-free and absolutely delicious as a creamy latte!

And y'all, I only made ONE batch this year. Once it's gone, it's gone!
