I am looking to purchase a used 6 to 8 gallon Still Pot.

Copper preferred, but S.S. is ok too. I live in Eastern MA and would be willing to drive out to Cental MA or up to Southern NH to purchase.

I will NEVER open an account at Mutual One Bank in Framingham.

A customer paid me with one of their checks, and I drove from Sudbury to Framingham Center to cash the check, and the bank REFUSED ME! They WILL NOT cash a check unless you have an account! Not even one written on THEIR BANK! This wasn't even a case of charging me to use their bank... they outright refused me!

I will no longer accept their checks for payment, so if you want my work, do NOT try to pay me with a check from this miserable institution!

Some Wine Cap Stropharia from our beds and perfect Chicken of the Woods foraged 100 yards from here. Made an AMAZING mushroom soup.

Shiitake- Bellweather (a cold weather strain) and Chestnuts (also cold fruiting). Next 5 logs will be Shiitake - Native Harvest... a warmer weather strain... this variety of strains will provide mushrooms over a wider (longer?) harvest period.

Funny, that when wet these Chestnuts look like their cousin Nameko, but these do NOT have the same gelatinous coating. These are delicious, nutty, low Umami delights and are dry textured, not slimy at all. I will eventually grow Nameko too, but I will grow more Chestnuts first!!
