Why Jersey cows?

When we decided to add dairy cows to Farms of Eden, we didn’t just want a cow that produced milk… We wanted cows that fit the kind of farm we’re trying to build.

So we fell in love with Jerseys. 🫶🏼

And then we learned about A2A2 genetics, grass-fed dairy, butterfat, cream lines, and everything that goes into producing milk right here on our farm.

Now we’re sharing that with our community through our herd share program!

Watching this little dairy herd become part of our farm has been one of our favorite things. 🥹
