I've been in business around 4 years now. And one of the things I've took great pride in is never have I been late for a catering job or delivery. Well today Royal Farms handed me my first (L) My customer asked for a 50 piece along with the food im providing for them. I get here to pick it up. At 10:20 on a 10am pickup time. They talking about we short handed today and the chicken hasn't been cooked yet. So I had talk myself out saying what was on my mind.(🗣$ #^@) And asked how they was gonna make this right. After going back and forth with the manager because my customer didn't need extra chicken. And telling her I was gonna call corporate on Monday if I did get i discount. I received a $30 refund for having to wait. That discount was passed on the my customer. Idk what she thought this was. But it won't that. I'm gonna stand on business for myself and my customers every time.
