We’re honored to serve as the Tournament Headquarters and a sponsor of this year’s NCBBA Red Drum Tournament!

At Frank & Fran’s, supporting our fishing community has always been at the heart of what we do. The original owner, Frank Folb, carried on the tradition of the Red Drum Tournament—originally started and run by Joe Moore for ten years—before passing it along to the NCBBA in 2009. Another milestone came in 2016, when Frank sold the shop to two couples from South Carolina: Heather and Tim James, and Stephanie and Randy Bayne. Since then, we've proudly continued the tradition of being a family-owned and operated tackle shop. Being part of this tournament each year is something we truly look forward to.

Whether you’re a seasoned surf angler or casting in your very first tournament, we’re here to help you make the most of it. We set you up with new gear, rigs and fresh bait to help you land the prize winning fish as well as a cigar to help celebrate your win! Our crew has you covered with expert knowledge, top-notch tackle, and good vibes to fuel your time on the beach.
