We had a great time this weekend! Came home with placing:

3rd in chicken
1st in pork
2nd in brisket

4th overall!!!

One week to go before we head to competition at Jackson County Shrine Club

Who's ready for some competition?? We are! We are headed back to where it all started last year at the Jackson County Shrine Club BBQ contest on August 7th and 8th! Who is coming to cheer us on while we defend our Grand Champion status??

What a wonderful competition weekend in Sugar Creek! While we didn't place this weekend, we met a lot of great people and had the best experience. We will be back next year! Congratulations to Slaps BBQ for taking in GC!!

An FYI for the competition this weekend! The pin is the satellite parking area. The circle is the competition area (approximately). There is a shuttle that runs only Friday from 5-11. If you have any questions or need help, text one of the girls, Barbara, Heather or Marissa!! The guys will be plenty busy. See you this weekend!
