We can’t believe we’re nearing the end of our planting season!

As the temperatures drop a little lower each night, we’ll soon be saying goodbye to some of our summer favorites, like peppers and tomatoes. But don’t worry — there’s still plenty of goodness growing!

Our stores will continue to be stocked with fresh lettuces, herbs, kale, Swiss chard, potatoes, root vegetables, and more. Think cozy soups, hearty roasted vegetables, warm grain bowls, and all the delicious dishes that make fall cooking so special.

Soon, we’ll be planting our garlic and tucking away our outdoor beds for the winter. But for now, we’re going to savor these last days of the growing season and enjoy everything the farm still has to offer.

A little reminder as we head into the colder months: our Sugar Grove farm store’s last day of the season is October 30, but our Batavia Farm & Market is open year-round! You can keep shopping local, supporting Midwest farmers and makers, and enjoying fresh, seasonal goodness all winter long.

Thank you for another wonderful growing season. We’re not done just yet!

October is officially in full swing at Rosewood, and the pastry case is making it very hard to “just stop in for one thing.”

Think flaky hand pies, pumpkin spice goodness, cinnamon swirls, chocolatey cookies and all the cozy flavors of fall.

Come hungry. Leave with a box.

And a little reminder for our Sugar Grove friends: only a few weeks left to shop with us at the farm!** Our last day at the Sugar Grove location for the season is October 30th.

Want to make sure you get your favorite loaf each week? You can now pre-order our sourdough breads for weekly pickup during regular store hours.

Choose from:
• Classic Sourdough
• Country Sourdough
• Dill Pickle + Spent Grain
• Rye
• Sea Salt + Olive Oil Focaccia

Orders close every Monday at 6 PM for pickup that same week.
