I had an absolute blast during my chat with Outside Magazine, I almost forgot I was being interviewed 😂

At Blue Sky Farms, visitors pay $50 an hour to sit with baby goats for mental clarity. The unique experience highlights how animal-assisted therapy provides a rare space for people to heal and breathe—sometimes without saying a word.
