Daily moves of our sheep flock emulate the historic bison herds that used to roam this country. Instead of predators and wildfires managing movement of the herd, we use portable electric fence. Rotational grazing is the foundation of our regenerative farm.

Our 2026 pastured poultry season is underway, the first batch of birds is on pasture! 🌱 ☀️ 💦 🐓

Like many small farms, we continue to see rising costs in feed, processing, packaging, and day-to-day farm operations. While we work hard to keep our products affordable, these conditions have resulted in a price adjustment beginning June 15th. This adjustment will help us continue raising high-quality chickens on pasture using regenerative farming practices.

The good news is you can still lock in current pricing by placing a pre-order before June 15th! If you’ve been thinking about stocking your freezer for summer grilling, now is a great time to reserve your birds.

Shedding season on the farm! We have a flock of Dorper Sheep, a hair breed, not like the wool breeds everyone is used to. Each spring they shed their warm winter coats so they can stay cooler in the summer heat. This particular ewe is from our original flock and she is extra special because she likes to interact with us every time we are near the flock.

It’s going to be a great weekend at The Stock Market!

Tomorrow morning kicks off our plant sale. Come anytime after 9 am to pick up some starter plants for your own gardens! Our friend Alison will be there to answer any questions you have for a couple hours. After that it goes back to self-serve style. The shelves are fully stocked and we have some amazing sourdough items available from Abs Goodies! Don’t miss out.
