Well after 8/9 weeks, these girls finally got their freedom! They weren't too sure about all this room to run and fly around😄 My mom and I sat outside with them for awhile, clipped their wings, and now they are slowly but surely exploring the back yard.
Here's to hoping they stay in the yard, avoid Sadie, and the other girls aren't too mean to them😬

You can boil them, scramble them(soft or hard), poach 'em, eat them baked, basted, fried, shirred, coddled, pickled.....AND use them to make omelets, quiche, frittatas, and soufflés... Eggs go into cake batters, quiches, breakfast burritos, toads-in-a-hole (🤷‍♀️), and are used to make mayonnaise and hollandaise...

So, who needs eggs?!?
