Tonight’s Dinner…local hamburger, My Romaine lettuce from the garden AND a tomato I was saving 🤣 yummy..the steak fry potatoes are Yukon Golds from the garden. It was a delicious meal. 🤩

🍁 Good morning everyone and Happy Monday! I want to THANK everyone for your support this year at my little stand. It was a great year for produce for me. I’m truly blessed and grateful for what my ladies give me each year. I look forward to next year and adding in some new varieties of produce, but less of some. 🍅 it’s a great day to dehydrate more Juliet 🍅 for this winter. These are great in many dishes and baking. I dehydrated 10 pint jars and used my mason jar vacuum sealer to help preserve them. Doesn’t a Sourdough Tomato and Mozzarella grilled cheese with a bowl of tomato soup 🥫 sound delicious! 😋

It’s been a busy week and the last 2 days of picking from the gardens has been crazy. We covered some plants and my romaine lettuce for the next 2 nights, then back up to good temps. This is what we’ve picked today. 🥰 my pepper plants still look great and a few tomato plants, but time to pull it all out and clean up for next year.

The weather is beautiful today, so it’s a great day grind(outside due to fumes🥵) Cheyenne 🌶️for flakes and Powder. There was about 80-100 dehydrated peppers in that quart bag(stuffed) yes it’s a lot of peppers 🌶️ and time, but it doesn’t have any chemicals or preservatives in it. Plus…we grew it! 🥰🌶️
