I want to thank all of you who have supported us,uplifted and cried with us. The journey has been long and not always pleasant. I have aged into place and felt my health rapidly speak to me as if for the first time I need to listen. It is not easy to change up quit and take it in rear the investment and hard work into breeding seed stock . It’s not for everyone. Instead of getting rid of what I have vested the past 13 yrs into. I’m am trying something different for our farm. I always felt if you have some thing worthy of registration you have something worthy of the breed. I know that it’s important to have that quality for seed stock and commercial market since a Healthy specimen and correctly conformed to breed standards or exceeding the standards makes a difference in both markets. I have spent 13 yrs of learning growing and we don’t always get it right. The goat part I got the marketing just never did. Hands on people don’t have the luxury of the traveling entry fees. Buck tests and so on. I have been hard deep with no farms hands outside of my daughter who hates goats or farming for that matter. I can’t see taking the loss of investment at this point so we are going into the commercial market farm to processor. We have the quality to be consistently producing worthy stock . It leaves it open to the buyer to reg and leaves the expense of dna reg and all the rest that goes along with it. Breed, care for, cull wean and let go. In Nine months will be our first time to try this and hope it’s the right direction for the goat market. We hope to kid about 60 to 90 of Spanish Kensing and NZ Kikos.

Notably, when I initially purchased my Kensings, some of the animals were registered without DNA verification, and I have since distanced myself from those particular bloodlines. When I spoke out about certain concerns, I faced backlash and was ostracized. In light of these experiences, I would like to emphasize that I possess exceptional quality Kensings, and my commitment to honesty and breeding excellence has come at a significant personal cost. If you are seeking high-quality seed stock, I encourage you to consider my herd. However, I must caution you that associating with certain organizations may come with its own set of challenges and biases. It is essential to be aware of these dynamics and to make informed decisions about the company you keep. I have refrained from listing prices on goat groups, as most rules stipulate that prices should not be disclosed. I possess an exceptional, clean herd of seed stock, comprising top-shelf Kensing Spanish goats, two of which are registered Styfan and exemplify the best of their breed. The herd consists of 31 animals, with no culls. Eight are DNA-registered, while the remainder are from registered platinum and gold, with meticulous records maintained regarding their birth weight at 30 and 90 days. Health records indicate that we have experienced minimal issues, aside from pneumonia due to adverse weather conditions, from which all animals recovered without intervention. One Kiko kid exhibited a thiamine issue, but recovered following treatment. This herd has demonstrated remarkable adaptability, having relocated from extreme weather conditions multiple times. Initially, I retained these animals with the intention of obtaining a select breeder title from the registration, which necessitated adhering to specific rules, including the prohibition on transferring registration to the buyer for a period of one year. The herd was required to meet all breed standards. However, I subsequently discovered that the integrity of this registry was compromised by ongoing turmoil. Consequently, I have made the decision to sell, as my health and age are impacting my ability to maintain the requisite level of involvement. The association's prioritization of catering to large-scale breeders, rather than smaller operations with 100-200 head, has rendered the select breeder title inaccessible. Notably, the Spanish breed is renowned for its exceptional resistance, mothering abilities, teat structure, parasite resilience, and hoof growth. This is a breed that is poised for success, and one that you can take pride in owning. I am willing to provide breeding services, and the herd includes impressive bucks. Prices are as follows: 31 goats, with only a couple being four years old. Seven are registered DNA, cookie-cutter, and include the two Styfan. Five are 2025 doelings. Some are yearlings, while two are two-year-old does. The remainder consists of attractive bucklings, a few yearlings, two-year-olds, and four-year-olds. The sire of all the kids is the son of the buck Dr. Zomorro purchased at the sale. The older bucks are out of a registered DNA platinum buck that Dr. Zamorro had expressed interest in acquiring. Prices: seven at $5,600 = $800 each, one at $600 = $600 each, 22 at $7,700 = $350 each. Total: $13,900. This price point is barely commensurate with cull auction prices.

Hello followers. It’s been such a difficult journey and a back n forth decision after so many years of devotion, love, hard work, human disappointment and a hell of an investment.
today I’m 67 my body failing my mind is tired. So offering for anyone seriously into breeding proven seed stock wanting a herd of Kensing Spanish ready to breed, parasite and hoof growth resistant, excellent test structure hands off Nannie’s and their beautiful doelings along with an outstanding buck and kid herd ready to work and be proven, then look no further. I also am reducing a proven seed stock herd of NZ Kikos/Kikos. These girls and some boys have proven themselves each season. Picking who to sell is been the most difficult and all. I had to choose who I’m attached to the most. Conformation, resilience, size and the best moms I have ever had is very hard for me. There are not a lot of this quality around. Some of the 2025 kids are from A I and are outstanding. Most of them are NKR reg NZ and Kiko. I will say if you’re looking for a cheap auction goat then please don’t respond . This herd is a closed and random tested herd and if a deposit is put down I will test them with a guarantee they are clean.
