We kill our first inspected beef this Thursday. It's been a while waiting on the stamp but it's finally here. We have been averaging between 60% & 70% yields off the hanging weight.

And just like that, this deer season is a wrap. We want to thank all of you for making our first year back a success! When the shop burned down in October 2023, we didn't know what to do or where to turn next but thanks to the support of our families & customers we're back and better than ever before. Thank you all so much!
