Crossroads! We are so excited to be cleaning this old girl up!
Hey guys, we are moving at a very fast pace over the last 5 days at Crossroads! Boy do we have our work cut out for us. Honestly I wouldn't have it any other way. Yall are going to flip out at our end goal concept. Its been super hard keeping my Marie's mouth shut🤣🤣🤣
I'm very pleased so far with our progress of the tear down, clean and organize phase. We have had some curveballs thrown at us so far!
So little update on where we are.
We finally have our electricity on and water. No issues with electrical at all(knock on wood lol). We turned the water on and thank god for my good buddy Bryan Scott for helping Marie when the water was turned on. Shout out to Ron's Plumbing for being there for us immediately. Brian found a leak in a wall. No worries though because Ron's guys were there immediately to fix the issue. They knocked a hole in the wall and had us fixed in a couple hours top notch service!!! Thanks Ron. Then Nick Mead with 3m Refrigeration swooped in and fixed our leaky pan that caused a leak in the men's bathroom ceiling. Nick now has all 3 of our Ac's running like a top!
Mean while Marie and our boys have been cleaning and organizing the rest of the place.
Me and Phillip Bueti are tackling the kitchen. Well sad to say that none of our kitchen equipment is reusable BUT me and Phillip handled it and he found us all new Kitchen equipment. I bought us every thing we absolutely could ever need to make the absolute best food you will find in town! Yall know we do not play around when it comes to cleanliness, efficiency, and consistency! You guys will absolutely love our menu that is coming. Amazing lunch, happy hour, dinner, and after hours during Co Road 5149 bar service!
Things are moving along great! So next step we are ripping the kitchen apart. Deep clean, degreased, re-fitted, and then reinstall all of our components!
Lastly shoutout to my wife for kicking ass and taking names. Marie has hit the ground running very proud of ya babe for all the long hours, plus juggling the kiddos, and all with our baby girl on her hip!
Today I will be there 99% of the day. We have a ton of stuff we're not using. To help cover the cost of all the kitchen equipment we are selling a ton of stuff that does not fit into our plan that came with the restaurant/bar. No I'm not selling any of our bar signs. We have tables, chairs, lamps, decor, glassware.
We need this stuff out of the way to start our construction!
Say that prayer for the Hodges Family! We are running strong!!!!

Shoutout to Matt Snyder with M&F trailers for lending us his dump trailer that we are using to get rid of all the unusable stuff. Shoutout to Dylan Reed and Jordan Reed for lending us their trailer for picking up our brand new restaurant equipment! It is definitely taking all of our friends and family to make this happen! Thanks to David Kutz for pitching in helping me out! Moving and throwing away junk last night! Love ya brother!
