JABEC Farms Sourdough Pick-up days for orders will be on Wednesdays or Fridays from our porch farmstand, located at 4711 TX Hwy 154 S.

or you can find us around town at local markets. We also stocked the shelves at The Good Eye Market on Friday around lunch.

We always stash a few extra croissants in the fridge for easy breakfasts. No need to let the oven come to temp—just pop one straight into a 350° oven. By the time you’ve cooked some sausage and eggs, it’s perfectly crisp, warm, and ready to go. They’ll keep about 5 days in the fridge… though honestly, ours never survive that long. 🤪
