This is really something special right here. Wow!

Dabbinet-Golden Russet-Wickson Crab-Marchel aged in a Bourbon barrel- The charred oak, bourbon masked by a floral cider. Beautiful tannins and a hint of bitters or Anise. The nose even carries a sort of warmth of Oak wood in it. A bushel of apples packed in a wooden crate and just a hint of the packing straw with it. Then there is this Amber glow. Oh my!!

I paired this with some Braised Short ribs, heavy charred glaze of homemade Molasses BBQ, mixed,sriracha sauce with sautéed minced garlic and garnished with crushed chopped cilantro….

Soo damn amazing!!!
