Did you know that The Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services does not test for almost all available herbicides and pesticides?
Did you know that AgLaw Florida does absolutely nothing about label law violations? Would you believe there were AgLaw Florida officers on site, during this video, to offer protection for Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services' inspectors? I called Kathy Mears, Assistant Commissioner of Florida Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services, and her inspectors incompetent, because they fined Florida Pest Control $5,000, but could not determine where the Imidacloprid and Diuron came from..... They did zero investigating into where the Diuron and Imidacloprid came from.
The day after I called her incompetent, 4 AgLaw Florida officers showed up, unannounced, for the inspection. They treated me like I was the criminal, while ignoring the federal label law violation.
