So today was supposed to be rib day, and while getting everything prepped and going we had a catastrophic smoker failure. So tomorrow, we may not have but 3 portions of ribs for the sampler platter😭😭. HOWEVER!! We have acquired a brand new larger cabinet smoker and will be burning it off through the night and getting it seasoned to run ribs tomorrow evening. The growing pains are real y'all!! But thank you for your understanding!!

Come try a Hillbilly Philly! It's like a regular Philly with Pepperjack Cheese, Think cut pepperoni, and stone ground mustard. We use hand cut sirloin and ribeye mix. Strips and chunks, not paper thin pucks.

One more. The morning of Aug 15, the Butch Painter Memorial Car Show will be at the Nicholas County Senior Center, Inc. If you have a cool car, motorcycle, atv, anything, it's for a great cause. Come on out to this amazing family friendly event and see some awesome cars!!

Saturday, Aug 15, Mayor's Place will be hosting Keith Fest for our dear friend, Keith McMillion. We'd like for all who knew him or didn't, please stop in and raise a pint in honor of him.

Update:

We are proud to announce that we will be hosting a memorial and tribute show called Keith Fest! August 15th! We are dedicating this one to Keith McMillion. We always celebrated his and a few others' birthdays, so to go with another, we wanted to host a show for him. We will be having performances by Anthony B Scott and Scott Bell. The party starts at 4PM, music shortly after, and Happy Hour at 4PM. Keith would have loved that extra hour of saving money! This one is for you!

We have added Ernest T. Grass to kick off at 4PM.
Please bring food of any sort! This is going to be a great event! Anything in a crock pot or slider style sandwiches, to even buying some pizza. Anything is welcome! Thank you!
