🌿 **Self Care Day Announcement** 🌿

🌸 I wanted to inform everyone that I will be taking a self-care day today 3/20 to recharge and prioritize my well-being. During this time, I will be unavailable for any work-related matters or non essential communication that takes away from me taking care of ME!!!

I’m learning that taking care of myself is essential for maintaining a healthy balance in life. It’s all important to listen to my body and my mind, and give myself the rest and relaxation I need.

I appreciate your understanding and support. I will resume my usual schedule tomorrow, 3/21 feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you for your understanding.
