I’m having trouble “taking it easy” while pregnant with this baby, with my farm animals, so I need to downsize! My loss is your gain! I have 5 butcher ready hogs for $200 each, 5 October born piglets for $100 each, laying hens for $15 each.

Some people think you can't dye brown eggs. The brown just makes the colors darker! Be sure to use the oldest eggs, they are easiest to peel once hard boiled!

Yes! You totally can!  I think we all got in such a habit of dying white eggs that we've just been convinced that brown eggs won't work. But they definitely do, and I think they make some of the prettiest colors. You have to let them sit in the dye a little longer to get the color to reall
