Spring forward with a burst of flavor! 🌱 These Mr. Wow breakfast burritos are packed with plenty of fuel to power you through the day. 🌯✨ Get the recipe below!

Ingredients:
1 Mr. Wow patty (thawed)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup black beans
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 cup pico de gallo
1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
2 eggs (or vegan egg substitute)
2 whole wheat or GF tortillas
1/4 cup avocado, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lime wedges (optional)

Instructions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the thawed Mr. Wow patty and cook for 8 minutes, breaking it into crumbles with a spatula.
3. Add taco seasoning and cook for another minute, mixing it in well. Set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add a little oil if needed and sauté your choice of scrambled eggs or a vegan substitute (like tofu or chickpea flour scramble).
5. Assemble the burritos by layering a warm tortilla with a portion of the Mr. Wow crumbles, scrambled eggs, black beans, pico de gallo, and diced onions. Top with fresh cilantro and a few slices of avocado.
6. Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to create a secure burrito. Enjoy!

Looking for a dish that's as cute as it is crave-worthy? 💖 We've got you covered! This Mr. Pepper-oni Pizza Dip is perfect for your Galentines party (or a cozy date night). With melty vegan cheese and heart-shaped Mr. Pepper bites, it's love at first bite! 💕 Ready to dig in? Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese (or vegan cream cheese for a plant-based option), at room temp
1/2 cup sour cream (or vegan sour cream)
1 clove garlic, grated
3/4 tsp. dried oregano
Pinch of red pepper flakes
Kosher salt
6 oz. mozzarella cheese (or plant-based mozzarella), coarsely grated, divided
1/2 cup grated Parmesan (or plant-based Parmesan), divided
1/4 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
1 Mr. Pepper patty, thawed
1 baguette, warmed and sliced

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fold in 1 cup mozzarella and all but 2 tablespoons Parmesan.
2. Transfer the mixture to a shallow, broiler-safe 1-quart baking dish. Top with pizza sauce, then sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Cut the Mr. Pepper patty into small hearts and place them on top. Bake until bubbling and cheese begins to brown (about 15 minutes), broiling for 1 to 2 minutes if needed. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with baguette slices for dipping.
